Property Description:
A 135-room hotel located halfway between Memphis and Nashville just off I-40 within the Highway 45 Bypass business corridor.
The hotel is near the Casey Jones Home and Railroad Museum, Pinson Mounds State Archaeological Park, and the Cypress Grove Nature Park. The Holiday Inn is 10 minutes from the area’s colleges and the Civic Center, site of the Miss Tennessee pageant.

The Wilson Hotel Management Co., Inc. has been involved in the daily operations of this property following the buyout from the Joint Venture Partner. WHMC successfully completed an application and conversion of the hotel to a Holiday Inn Franchise in January 1993 consisting of significant renovations to the physical plant.

Property Description:
A 110-room hotel and suites, three story property, located in the Quadrangle Park, minutes from the University of Central Florida with 76 beautifully appointed guest rooms in addition to 34 king and queen double suites. The suites have fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. The property has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, executive meeting rooms, guest laundry facilities and provides a 24 hour Suiteshop.

Property Description:
This 130-room hotel is located in Lake Mary's Colonial TownPark which is anchored by the Stadium Seating Amstar 12 Movie Theater, Albertson's Grocery Store, Blackfin Grill, Dexter’s Restaurant, Amura Japanese Steakhouse, and Crisper’s Restaurant among other upscale retail shops and corporate developments.
The hotel features many value-added services and amenities for consumers, including a free breakfast bar, free local telephone calls, no surcharge for long-distance access when using a calling card, an in-room coffee maker, iron and ironing board, free accommodations for children 18 years old and younger when sharing a room with their parents, and 75% of guest rooms designated as non-smoking. In addition, all rooms have a refrigerator and microwave oven.
The hotel also features a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool, two meeting rooms accommodating two to seventy people, in-room high speed internet access and an advanced cable TV system with 67 channels, including HBO.

Memphis Grizzlies House, located on the St.
Jude Children's Research Hospital campus at Jackson
and Third Streets, is a short-term housing facility
for St. Jude patients and their families who are
undergoing treatment from one to seven days. The
facility is the result of a partnership that
tipped-off between St. Jude and the Memphis
Grizzlies in April 2002. In September 2002, the
Grizzlies extended the partnership by committing $5
million toward the construction of the $10 million
Memphis Grizzlies House.
Upscale and down to business - this is not

over, retreat to the fourth floor hotel. The 48
comfortable guest rooms and three suites are
