Duties include the management, training, supervision, and motivation of the front desk staff of the FedExFamilyHouse. Directly supervises front desk, which is responsible for checking in the patient’s families and ensuring their accommodations meet their expectations. Complies with established labor standards and all company standards. Enforces company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Will work closely with the housing department at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Strong guest service skills are needed to train staff for the unique experience of serving these families. Successful candidate will possess great tact, diplomacy, empathy, and have a pleasant, friendly personality. Individual will be required to work evening shift to provide management coverage and supervision. Computer skills required to operate front office system.
