Responsible for managing a 133-room, full-service prototype Holiday Inn, maintaining established cost and quality standards to ensure superior guest services and maximization of profits. Supervises all hotel departments to ensure top-notched performance and compliance with guest service standards. Maintaining and improving superior employee motivation, training and development, morale, wage and benefit administration. Prior full-service general manager experience required. Prior Holiday Inn general manager experience preferred. Complete knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, to include food and beverage; and computer programs/systems mandatory. Strong employee relations and motivational skills necessary. Training certifications preferred include state mandated and approved alcohol service trainer designation; Holiday Inn brand iniatives and program experience and knowledge; “Train the Trainer” experience, etc. Current CHA designation preferred.
